Mondays  and Tuesdays: 8 am - 5 pm

Fridays:  8 am - 3 pm

In addition to our clinical days, our patient coordinators are available on Wednesdays (phone) and Thursdays (in person/Phone) to answer your questions. Online scheduling is available  24/7.

We serve all of the Sheboygan County area, including Adell, Hingham, Elkhart Lake, Sheboygan City, Kiel, Howards Grove, Cascade, Kohler, Sheboygan Falls, and  Random Lake.
